Bold poolside mural for a student housing property in Tallahassee, FL. This project was part of an extensive renovation effort to revamp an existing property near Florida State University. The goal for the mural was to add some much-needed personality and color to the pool area to help attract and retain new residents in a saturated and competitive housing market. The state of Florida’s tagline “Must be the sunshine” was a perfect addition to the empty vestibule leading to the restrooms.
